Well I got a bunch of emails telling me Canadians is incorrect.   It's Montreal Canadiens.   Ok, holster your pistols. Lesson learned! A 1-1 split in basketball yesterday.  Green getting ejected in the first half and another player getting injured in 3Q left Golden State with only 7 healthy bodies.  Lakers lead went from 2 to 30 after that.  Also 1-1 in the NHL with the win being Ottawa +140.  The Canadians couldn't hold a 2 goal lead at home for the free pick. Basketball  6-2 yesterday to get back on track after a losing day.  The Kings finally held a lead and won a game.  They are a very frustrating team because all their advance metrics are good, but they find ways to lose.  Also a nice underdog win on Lyon yesterday.   I have a bunch of plays ready for the EPL this weekend. Basketball yesterday was 4-3.  One loss was by 1 point, another loss was by a half point, and the 3rd loss was an Under killed by overtime.  Still a winning day, but these type of losses have happened frequently this year.  Still having a winning season like always. NHL yesterday was 4-1 for a change.  Still down for the year. NBA gets back in action after a long all-star break.  College hoops has been good this year, but the NBA has been on fire.  The NHL has still been disappointing this year with favorites winning at a record rate.  It's still an overall small sample size so things will turn around.  Either the underdogs will start winning or the books will adjust the prices to account for the unusual win rate of favorites. Yesterday was 3-4 in basketball,  still on a terrific overall run even though I have been down a game each of the last couple days.  Another overtime loss for an underdog in the NHL yesterday with the Blackhawks.   Favorites are winning at an unusual percentage this year so obviously suffering through some variance, but still only down a few games for the year after all of that.  The dogs will start to bite eventually. NBA New Orleans  -5 vs Chicago.   I know there's a lot of public money on this game, but I just don't see how the Bulls can score enough to stay in it.
