Free Pick 5/19/19

Well the Blazers couldn't make it a series in the West, so will the Raptors be able to get a win in the East?  Normally teams down 0-2 and playing game 3 at home will get a win and get back in the series, but we saw yesterday that isn't always the case.   I lean towards Toronto to get the win, but betting them for the 1st half may be the best bet.
