Olympiakos was looking good yesterday with the lead in the 2nd half, then they get a red card and get blown out. Some are blaming the ref for a bad decision, but players at this level should know not to put themselves in a position to get a red card when your team is winning.
MLB:
Tampa Bay +120 (Morton, xFIP 3.28) vs Oakland (Manaea, xFIP 3.98). Manaea hasn't pitched much this year, so he's probably not going deep into this game. While his metrics look good, he's done this with a BABIP .194 which of course will regress towards .300. Morton strikeout rate 30% and ground ball rate 48%, so that doesn't leave many fly balls. The wrong team is favored here, Tampa should be -127 so let's take the extremely generous price.
