Free College Basketball Pick 3/19/21

 

Basketball was 3-0 yesterday, 5-1 the last couple days.  The NCAA tournament starts today, so the public is ready to bet on teams they have never seen, and players they can't name.   The books will make more money in the next 3 weekends than they do on the Super Bowl.  

The NCAA tournament is about favorites early and dogs later.  That's because the good teams generally kill the small schools in the early rounds, then the good teams play each other in the later rounds.   The public always gets this backwards because they always think some 12 seed is going to the Final Four.  The public also doesn't have an appetite for laying 20 points because they deem it to be too much, so they bet the 15 or 16 seed who gets blown out.
